The new Jazzkat 8”. Built on our experience with the original Jazzkat, we wanted to improve the sound, weight and feature set of the new amp, and boy, we did!!  The amp is smaller and lighter than the original Jazzkat but with a bigger warmer sound. Now 75 watts, the new Jazzakat still uses an 8” speaker but of a new design that gives a fuller, bigger and warmer sound.  We spent numerous hours with a variety of artists playing through the amp, listening to their opinions, making changes and then having them play it again. We spent months on design and testing to create an amplifier that is very light weight but has a very large, warm, clean sound.  Artists who have played the pre-production models were satisfyingly amazed at the bigness of the sound along with the how warm and clear the tone is. One artist who played it at a gig was told by his bassist and singer that they could hear the difference and love the sound.
